Amazing food! Everything is always delicious. Service is friendly and prompt without being overbearing. Great selection and variety of sushi and other Japanese cuisine.

I visited on a Thursday evening around 6:00pm and it was bustling inside! I am in between a 3 or 4 star review here; I'm unsure if it was just an off day, but my sushi rice was a fairly hard. It had the taste of day old rice / not fresh. It was unfortunate since the fish itself was great! The miso soup came with our meal and was delicious. The server was very attentive and food came out quickly.

paid like 50 dollars for barely any food. i know sushi is expensive but this is ridiculous, especially compared to other sushi places in the area. also, fish tasted like soap

Typically if I don't like a place I won't say anything and won't go back, but the owner needs to see this.I last ate here over 15 years ago and remember it being ok typical sushi. The other night was the first time going back and I can't understand how the place was busy. The tempura udon was literally udon noodles that are sitting in the tempora dip sauce. So salty it stings. Basically just soy sauce with water added. The cold sorba noodles were overcooked mushy and it looked like they took an entire bag that you buy at the store of soba noodles and put it on my plate. The roles were so loosely wound that all the ingredients flop out and the flavors were no good. I couldn't even finish the salmon roe. Did not taste normal. The wasabi was discolored in portions. Did not eat it.On top of that my wife was running to the bathroom after eating her roll.If you're the restaurant owner, get your act together and train the chefs. We paid over $100 to be fed trash.

Came here to pick up a GrubHub order on Valentine's Day, so swamped the order was an hour to wait on. Not to mention I'm a transgender woman and they were completely intolerant, looking to any other customer before me to check on their orders, and calling me sir when I'm obviously not dressed as a sir. Got to love the north side of Indy.

If I could rate Wild Ginger 0 stars i would. We ordered the mistake and it came out cold and soggy when it was supposed to be hot and crisp. The mangolicious tasted like it came from Geist Reservoir. Wild Ginger was awful.... Wild ginger more like Wild a** now i'm spending the remainder of the night on the toilet!!!

Been a few times and have always had the same experience with the food. Each roll is always filled with as much of the cheaper ingredients and very minimal amounts of fish. The attached picture is from a tiger roll from my last visit. Most likely won't be going back.

I am in shock. This was one of our favorite places for sushi in Fishers. We had a reservation on a Friday night at 7:15. We got there around 7:12 and checked in. Then we proceeded to stand there waiting for a table until 7:45. Their food is great and we were already there so we waited. Then, we ordered dumplings and 5 rolls. The dumplings came out great in 5-10 minutes. The sushi however, did not come to our table until 9pm. We waited over an hour for the sushi. And when it finally did come, they only gave us 4 of the rolls we ordered. They did comp the dumplings which was very nice, but they proceeded to charge us for the 5th roll we never got, so we had to wait longer for that to be fixed. And while all of this waiting was happening, there were SO many takeout orders leaving the restaurant. They were prioritizing takeout rather than the people inside. Of course, their food is great, but the service was incredibly disappointing. We won't be returning for a while, especially on a weekend.

I loved the orange crush roll, but have experienced Wild Ginger’s sushi quality go downhill for some time. It’s a shame, really. The veggies are often not at all fresh. This makes me greatly question the fish. I’ve stayed loyal, but will be dining elsewhere when I have sushi cravings.

The amount of yellowtail included here was ridiculous. Had more jalapeño in each bite than fish. This is my go to order at ever sushi place we visit and this is by FAR the most ridiculous version ever.Little fish bones in my sushi roll stabbing me in the mouth. Those three were pulled out of ONE pieces of the roll. Others were filled as well.

This restaurant is always high quality with great customer service. They have an excellent menu selection of sushi, sashimi, and many other dishes and appetizers. I have been going here for about 6 years and they have been very consistent...

Wild Ginger never fails! The decor has a quiet, zen feel. Especially in the small dining area behind the doors. The wine display is a piece of art to behold. Its a favorite of our extended family and a great place to meet. I love that the waitstaff is very patient and helpful, too. And the food! Love the sushi, its always fresh and you can see-them making it behind the counter. My husband fave is the spider roll and mine is the volcano roll. Pictured is the flaming shrimp roll and something with a jalapeño topper. I think salmon. Must have the miso soup and side salad with ginger sesame dressing. Don't like sushi, plenty of other options. Just make sure you put it in your dining bucket list!

I tried Wild Ginger for the first time today and loved it! I’m not a huge sushi person, so I got the chicken and California roll lunch special. It was DELICIOUS! All freshly made and tasted incredible. The service was amazing. Our server was so kind. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Good selection and fresh food. Some of the rolls are a little busy, but the nigiri is always tasty and well prepared and the tempura is crispy and light.
