I loved the orange crush roll, but have experienced Wild Ginger’s sushi quality go downhill for some time. It’s a shame, really. The veggies are often not at all fresh. This makes me greatly question the fish. I’ve stayed loyal, but will be dining elsewhere when I have sushi cravings.
This restaurant is always high quality with great customer service. They have an excellent menu selection of sushi, sashimi, and many other dishes and appetizers. I have been going here for about 6 years and they have been very consistent...

I visited on a Thursday evening around 6:00pm and it was bustling inside! I am in between a 3 or 4 star review here; I'm unsure if it was just an off day, but my sushi rice was a fairly hard. It had the taste of day old rice / not fresh. It was unfortunate since the fish itself was great! The miso soup came with our meal and was delicious. The server was very attentive and food came out quickly.
