“Ordered 2 Apple Turnovers. Did not receive.Drove back to get them. Mgr. gave an extra Apple for our trouble. Received 1 apple & 1 half cherry/half apple turnover & 1 all Cherry turnover. Crazy. I can't eat cherry so I had 1/2 of turnover. Poor product from whoever sells them to Arby's.“

“So, I want to say that this was a negative experience so that's why the loss of a star. The food was great once we got it. The employees who were present were excellent as well aside from a little drama going on in the kitchen (none of my business). Someone needs to hire these poor folks some counter help. They were very busy in the drive thru and had a couple of large tables seated inside. Honestly the lack of employees is my only complaint. Everyone who was there appeared to be doing their darndest to keep food going out the door. I timed my order from the time it was placed until the time I recieved the food. It was 17min 54sec waiting patiently at the counter. I feel that is too long to call it fast food. But it was good food and fresh from an employee with a smile and a positive attitude. I hope they get some counter help because it was really good other than the wait. And someone to sweep the front lobby (young kids and frys on the floor).“
“Staff was quick, courteous, efficient. They deserve a raise! It was busy! We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Do NOT recommend. This might have been the worst wrap I have ever had. The staff prepared it perfectly it's just Arby's recipe is awful.“
“I have to say the customer service was AMAZING!!!!! We stopped at the "competition" down the road for our sandwiches, but HAD TO GO TO Arby's for the curly fries and cheese sticks!!!! I won't name names, but Burger King just so happened to "forget" our straws and napkins.........Anyways, the gentleman at the drive thru was gracious enough to give the kiddos straws for their drinks, but also a few extra napkins for this Grandma!!!! “I just went through the drive through for breakfast and after telling the woman that I was happy to see them open in the morning she told me how she was the opener. It had been months since the last time I was there in the morning so maybe she was the reason why they are open for breakfast now. She was super friendly and changed my opinion of that store. The food was typical, I like the sourdough breakfast sandwich so I like Arby's breakfast.“
“It's hard to ever not give Arby's a five-star, because I am addicted to the weird metallic taste of their shaved beef. That said, this location is average. Great food, horrible fast food customer service these days everywhere. Store somewhat dirty because of the times. Still a good place to go.“

If you can run the whole place alone I wanna see you try. Some of them are working 100 hours a week, dealing with people like you. “Good food, but order was incorrect. Just the wrong sandwich. The cashier had the wrong sandwich entered. Cashier questioned me on the name I gave for my order, which was a little rude. I always give my husband's name for orders. First time being questioned about it like it was wrong to do. Overall it was a good lunch.“
“The fastest drive-through! The MANAGER actually handles the drive-through windows himself. Image that. And as soon as I got to the window, I handed him my card and he immediatly handed me my drinks, and a few seconds later my entire order and there was fried fish in that order; and fries. Thinking ahead to the max. What would happen if ALL Arby's were this fast? Maybe they should have this manager train the other managers how to do it right. We can only dream. :-)“
