I’m wondering if a new owner came to this store because it used to be reliable and live up to the freaky fast and fun atmosphere. Now customer service is rude and the orders take over an hour to fulfill. I last ordered in May a pickup order took about an hour and a half so I thought not coming here again. Well thought it’d been long enough to try again today for a delivery but again took an hour and my order was missing items. Officially done with this location.
Freakishly fast, LOL! Yeah okay. :-( Still waiting for a message back from Manager for a hour wait on my downtown order. Also still waiting to hear back from Manager to my incorrect order. Word of advice, order at your own risk or dine-in hopefully that can't mess that?

Took over one hour to get food. Called and was told it was on its way, still took another 20 minutes, then delivery person was rude and mouthed off to me even know I was polite and did not say anything but thank you to him.
