We ordered 2 medium pizzas and a 12" cheesestick online. The 2 pizzas come with garlic butter and you have a choice of sauce with the cheesesticks - we chose garlic butter. In addition to the 3 food items we also added 2 garlic butters to our order - so a total of 5. When the food was ordered, we received 4 garlic butters so we called the store, told them about the mistake and the manager told us they would send someone out with the missing one. I had ordered a pizza earlier in the day and it appears they cooked it 3 hours ahead of time as by the time I picked it up, the pizza was cold and stale. Sad
I ordered a pizza last night around 1015 and was told that I could not get it for carryout since they were closed for that. I was told it would have to be delivered. fine, so i ordered and was told it would be to me in around 45-60 minutes. I waited until around 1130, and no pizza... so I called the store. the recording said they were closed, but i waited and an employee answered the phone. I gave them my information and they told me my pizza would be delivered in around 15 minutes....read full review
