I contacted this company in mid-May asking for a n estimate to replace my deck with a Trex deck. Because I live in Angola they would not come to my house, but said if I took pictures and measurements and sent them to them, they would give me an estimate. Two weeks after doing so I called and was told that they were busy and hadn’t been able to get to it yet. I have not heard from them since. Very poor customer service.
