Sol De Mexico is a new favorite Mexican restaurant with great service and delicious food. The Quesabirria and De Birria marinated meat are must-tries. The salsa is amazing, but the chips could be better. The Frozen Margaritas are a hit, especially for only $17.40 a pitcher. The staff is friendly, and the margaritas are strong and tasty. The location is lovely, with a new look and colors. The seafood burrito is next on the list to try. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that is sure to become a go-to spot.
