“We had a party of 16 to celebrate Mother’s Day. The manager sat us at two large tables, ran a tab on us so I could pay after all orders were in. Kelly was our server and did a fantastic job. Everyone got what they wanted and the food was delicious from pizzas, salads, pastas, breadsticks! Thank you for making our meal a huge success!”

“Today we went here to eat, they were very busy and under staffed. everyone was trying their best to do what they could. Our food took a long time to come out and one of our meals was cold. They were so apologetic and comped our whole meal which we were not expecting. The food was fantastic and the employees were great! We will be back. I will recommend this place to other people.”

“I was very pleasantly surprised by this mom and Pop place. The menu was very full. My kids food was incredibly fresh. The fruit plate was real fresh strawberries blueberries, and bananas.

My kale fruit salad was lovely— delicious greens and very fresh vegetables and my husband’s hamburger he said was also delicious. Very impressed by the quality and the price.

“The overall taste of the food was pretty good, our server was nice, but didn’t pay much attention to our table even though there were only a customers. I think the biggest opportunity for improvement is the cleanliness of the restaurant, I noticed there were areas where it seemed it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.”

“Visited Shale Creed Brewing for an early dinner. Enjoyed a SPECIAL that night - BBQ Brisket Sandwich. And with the skilled service by Monica. She was great. I'd want to have her on my staff - if I had a staff. But the highlight of the meal was the French Fries. They receive my BEST FIRES OF 2024 award. I don't think they can be topped. I'll be back.

The manager only cared about testing the staff on the menu when she should have cared about clearing the tables for the next customers.”

“This is a very popular place to eat in downtown Franklin. The food and service is excellent. A few of us tried their breaded tenderloin sandwiches because we heard they were great and they did not disappoint! I like the indoor and covered outdoor seating options.”

“The food here is great. I usually order steak, broccoli, and garlic mashed potatoes. Their food has rarely ever disappointed me! Last time I did order the garlic mashed potatoes they were not very garlicky.”

“The food is fantastic! I drank there a few years ago. Staff is very friendly. They make the drinks strong though, so be careful! It can be pricey but what bar isn't? It is a nice little sports bar.”

“When I ordered a smoothie from White Castle on Saturday afternoon, I was informed that they're only available in one size. I was alright with that, for a moment; until, I realized that it was my smoothie that was being served to me in what was basically a fancy child's size cup. My disappointment was undeniable.

“I only have 30 mins breaks at work & my to-gos have been very fast & food was fresh. Erin that works on to-gos has always been amazing. She recommended the potato soup & its my new favorite there!”

“Food was great and staff was very friendly. However they were very slow for a Thursday night. We had to wait more than 5 minutes just to be seated. They had everyone sitting on the patio which was fine because it was a nice night. But it took forever for our food to come and when asked about desert she said she would give us a few minutes to decide. It took our waitress 10 minutes to come back and check even though there was us and one table left. We ended up not getting desert. I know this was probably just a bad night for the staff which is why I gave service a four. More than anything it was just frustrating seeing how empty the place was for it to take that long.”

“My two and three year old love noodles, so we come here every Thursday night after dance and go through the drive thru. Everyone is always and I mean ALWAYS so courteous and kind. Last night we came in and sat down for the first time. My girls were so proud to eat their whole plate, they showed the waitress. She gave them a little rice crispy for doing so good. She didn’t have to do that, but it was so special that they have been yappin about it ever since! I never thought I would be so impressed by a chain restaurant but we love coming here. It’s a highlight in our week. 5000+ stars to the staff.”

“I just had a small bacon and tomato pizza with extra sauce and it was amazing. Best pizza I have ever had in my life. It was better than perfect and from the time I ordered it till the time it got here was only 16 minutes. That was crazy fast. Thank you Papa John's!”
