“Pappies food never disappoints. HUGE portions, great prices and friendly staff. My hubby and I had dinner here for under $30 including beverages, and left with enough leftovers for another meal. You can barely get a fast food meal for that. This is a small family owned business with some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Give them a try!”

“However, after going to over 79 Mexican restaurants. This one was a breathe of fresh air. Although the food was straight typical of any Mexican restaurant that uses a blender at mach speed to make their salsa. It did happen to do something 1out of 30 actually do. They actually remade my fajita to go and remadeitt twice to meet my medium rare fajita request. Very surprised. My server while I satcat the bar did wonderful. Its busy as heck so I'm shocked. Top 3% of all Mexican restaurants I have been to and I have been to at least one in every state. Gas city is doing great in my book”

“I give Jackie's a five the food excellent the price just right the service is just right some of you people complain the service is slow if you want good food go to Jackie's service to me is excellent I suggest Jackie's when you're in gas City Indiana I go twice a year when I'm in town and if I ever pass through gas City I definitely will stop there so I suggest Jackie's restaurant”

“Tried to order online, would not work. So called in order. Picked up order and was charged almost $10 more than what I should have been. Took receipt in and showed them the price online and he pulled the in store menu and showed me that the item prices do not match and told me menu was updated. Refused to honor the online price. Returned food and asked for a refund. So watch your bill when you get it here!”

“I ordered a ham and cheese and fries, my wife ordered a burger and fries, 45 minutes later we asked when we might get our food and we were told they were starting on it soon. I paid for our drinks and left and I won't be back.”

“Came here on 7-29-25 for lunch. Craving a good dog. And this by far is on top of my list. Got a Indian dog and cheese frys. And a root beer. The dog and frys were awesome. Didn't really care for the rootbeer. Overall 4 outta 5 stars for me. Will be back!”

“This is our first time to China One. The food was great! The service right on! Atmosphere was super simple, but really clean. Did take-out and the food was still really hot 20 minutes later at home.
We had the Honey Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken and got a pork and a chicken fried rice. We tried the fried dumplings, rangoons, and sweet bread. Everyone loved it all. Our family enjoyed the Honey ; Sesame more than the Orange. The Orange was a little less flavorful, but still good. Server was super helpful with us getting an order right to feed our crowd. The servings were really large - we ended up with complete meals for all for the next day. Can't believe we waited so long to try this place out. Highly recommend! Our new favorite Chinese!”
