What's up with an upcharge on a drink for a happy meal when you don't order it? Then you are called petty by the manager for calling them out on it. Poor customer service except for the lady who handed us our food.

Sometimes there are some elderly people and they are very friendly, but the young people are too pedantic with the clients, especially if they are Latin, it is unfortunate that they are like that with the client, the boy or girl that they usually put at the counter is very sharp and when you order, they only take the orders as they want, they do not ask the size of the drink, because of the cleanliness and the elderly people, it is excellent

I came in Friday, January 26th @ 6 p.m to enjoy a quick dinner with my family and instantly regretted coming here. Right away the short curly haired girl working front counter showed attitude the whole transaction for no reason. We were kind through the whole process and she for some reason had something against us. When she brought our food she borderline slammed it then slid it. Not too aggressive but enough to make a slap and have people stare at us. We still thanked her multiple times including the shorter boy who usually works front counter. No response each time. I have been here once a week for years and no one ever displays manners slightly mostly the front counter kid. Also the tall manager that looks like pj from “Good Luck Charlie” was practically shouting a co workers business. He displayed to the whole restaurant how he suspended him for a week and he added “I’ll show him okay” all because the kid texted him back with “okay”. I was a McDonald’s manager for almost 3 years and never did we even tell a co worker other workers business especially disciplinary actions. This whole night shift needs serious reevaluation and monitored. They yell, sing, horseplay, and even throw food. Somebody needs to tell them this is a job.

They keep forgetting to put all of my order in the bag.
On December 14th around 8:30pm I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal, a 4 piece nugget kids meal, and the new Kerwin Frost box. The kids meal was fine. My Kerwin box was fine just was given unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. The quarter pounder meal was completely forgotten and when I said something I got looked at like I was stupid. Was then told to pull up and got handed two mcchickens instead of the quarter pounder meal. I don’t know who trains these kids but y’all need to do better. I also work on food service and I would fire every single one of these children. Also was not given a receipt after the nice order taker told me I would get one when I got my food. Worst McDonalds ever

We travel from Hartford City to the Albany McDonald's for a good, fresh cooked meal. It is always clean, friendly, and the food is delicious.
