The last 5 times I have gone to this McDonalds ( only out of convenience of location and lack of options) they have gotten my order wrong 3 times. One time I went back and they had my sandwich they had forgotten under the warmer and knew they had missed it. I asked for a fresh one and they said it would be 5-10 min. I just left with the warmed over awful sandwich. Also, chances of getting a frozen coke are Less than getting a milkshake because the machine is "cycling" General...read full review
Today's visit at McDonald's in Gas City, Indiana, was a different experience than the other, which made me lower my stars. Had a small child maybe 2 or 3 years of age behind the counter running around where the food is made and where they could of gotten burnt badly with the fryers.

What's up with an upcharge on a drink for a happy meal when you don't order it? Then you are called petty by the manager for calling them out on it. Poor customer service except for the lady who handed us our food.
