3/23 ordered a deep dish pizza for the first time ever, they were taking it out of the over when I got there, when I got home, the pizza sauce on top was glopped on and runny and the crust was burnt/black to hard to even eat and the breadsticks had no flavor, and were so hard on the outside. I will NOT order from here again.

Massimo's is a great place to pick up a pizza when in Goshen! The bigger sizes (20"+24") are huge. Great sauce and toppings. Pizzas have been made relatively quick the times I've ordered carryout and orders have been correct. People love the cheese. I get sausage/onion/green olive and it great. Bigger pizzas have square slices which is how I prefer it done.

I'm never ordering from here again. I placed an order online at 12:30 to be delivered at 5:30. 6:00 rolls around, and I still don't have my pizza. I call the place and am polite but firm. The teenage girl manager still takes issue with my tone, tells me that I, the paying customer, don't need to get an attitude with her, and then hangs up on me and won't take my call when I try to call back, even though they have my money, and I don't have my order. I drive down there, and the manager hides in the back and makes the kids who work here deal with me. I am getting it remade and getting my money refunded, but f this. I'm never coming back.

Good pizza. But for this style of pizza, I prefer a square party cut. Whenever I ask for it, they cut it standard pie shape, then a smaller circle inside. I can't stand this. So many uneven shapes. Difficult to utilize. How hard is it to cut in actual squares?

If you're looking for some deliciously tasty pizza, keep looking because this is not even close. We went inside to place our order. Not one customer, 3 employees and not a hint of pizza aroma in the air so they were not busy. It was like 4:30 pm on a Tuesday so didn't think much of it. Took 20 minutes to get takeout. Got the pizza and cinnamon Sammy home and discovered the pizza crust was extremely thin, very bland and over cooked. Although the toppings and sauce weren't awful, the crust totally ruined it. The cinnamon Sammy dessert was the absolute worst. This too was extremely thin, over cooked and hard as a rock. Total trash. Couldn't even eat it. Bottom line, a complete waste of nearly $30

Ordered a deep dish meat pizza, a 8" mushroom, onion and steak and a cheese bread. Arrived 1hour and 45 minutes later. It was cold, the custom pizza I ordered was a cheese pizza and the food was not good. Total was $70, it was a delivery. I would not recommend.
