It is very easy to get lost if you do not know the place very well and parking is very limited due to construction in the place.

5$ delivery fee and then someone from DoorDash delivers the food. So exactly what is the delivery fee for and why would papa John’s think it’s a good idea to have a third party delivery service that took almost an hour to deliver the order after the app stated it was picked up from the store. Not very customer service oriented. Sounds more like a corporation charging to much for poor service. I will make sure to order from establishments that will provide much better service. Thanks again for the cold food that took forever to arrive ?

The pizzas we ordered was dry barely any meat or cheese. The crust is different smh. Papa has been in business for years and it's just not the same quality anymore like so many restaurants.

Hit or miss.... get a good employee who knows how to actually make a pie, then you'll have a descent pizza, but get the lot that just don't care and the pizza is gonna be on par with a slab of cardboard.

I used to love going to this location but I went there and no one was wearing gloves digging they hands in the cheese and making pizza’s definitely not sanitary ?

This particular Papa Johns is my favorite! They make a better pizza than the other locations and are always friendly!!!!!Parking: 10-12 spots in the entire lot, sometimes busy but always a spot close by the door.
Barely any cheese on the pizza! I even ordered extra cheese and still there was hardly any! Very disappointed!

I found out 3 years ago if I drive 4 miles (one way mileage to Papa Johns) to get my pizza, I can save about $9.00 on price. I always check the pizza BEFORE I LEAVE PAPA JOHNS to make sure they got my order right. There have been no issues, which is nice these days.

Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread last night. The order was semi correct but the food was poor quality and looked thrown together and all around anemic.We didn't get garlic sauce with our pizza, we got one very tiny ( like half an inch long )dried out , wrinkled peperocini pepper in our box.The pizza ,and cheesy bread crusts were VERY thin ,which we didnt order,either thin, there was maybe 1/4 of the regular amount of sauce on the pizza ,and barley any cheese or toppings too. Both were cold,old looking and fairly dried out even though it took maybe half an hour for them to make,and deliver. ( If it was even fresh.)The banana peppers on the pizza,were also very,very thin,old looking and dried out.They also gave us a season packet for our pizza that we didnt order.I don't know if we got someone elses day old looking order they never picked up,or if the employees are really this lazy and hateful towards paying customers.From other reviews Im seeing it may be lazyness,pettiness, and just being plain dirty.Update on my original post: Im changing my two star review to one star because i realize that Ive been feeling really sick since last night,and now wonder if i have food poisoning from this location.

Everything about this place is bad if your luck you'll get your food in good condition and on time and if you so happen to get it itll be served with an f u smile on there face they don't care and whoever owns this place should really shut it down and start over the employees dont care I worked there 3 4 days and couldn't stand it the way its run is a joke please don't give this place business they don't deserve it and one day there gonna get someone sick or worse.
