Very unorganized waited 10 minutes for sugar one of the staff just said we dont have it but another went and got it. Normally not bad service but lately there is a new staff and most of the time they seem lost looks like more training is needed

The lady recognized me and started to write my order of a Venti White Chocolate Mocha with 2 extra pumps of white chocolate, whip cream and hot on my cup, before I said anything. It was Delicious! I like going to this Starbucks at the Express Martin's. The ladies and gentlemen are very nice! They always tell me to Have a nice day or evening. I like to call it My Starbucks!

I just wanted to tell you about my experience I had when I went shopping at 9:00pm. I was impressed with the new security officer that you have at the college Ave store. I'm a single mother and have shopped there many times being that I live close by.
