Took forever and didn’t even get my order, save your money and go elsewhere. The staff is lazy and could be less bothered by doing their job correctly.

Went in this morning and my mom simply asked for a bagel with her coffee, and the women at the counter,was real rude and snippy, and told her ,"We don't sell bagels at this location anymore as you can see."Pointing to where they keep breakfast sandwiches, which my mom DIDN'T see.After I heard that and seen how rude she was, I refused to get anything myself, because if she'd gotten rude and snotty with me I would of gotten snippy back and told her off big time.

The girls serve very slowly, to give me two refreshing dragonfruit mangoes it took more than 25 minutes, several people arrived after me and took their order a long time before me. When they have multiple people waiting for their order they take too long.

Service was terrible! 3 staff behind the counter. One staff member just leaned on the counter and was just looking around. I think she was training, but she made no attempt to watch the other girl making the drinks. She just looked out over the line of people's heads and stared into space looking bored. The 2nd girl also seemed newish but at least she was trying to learn how to make the drinks. The other girl was taking orders and then filling them. However she got the woman's order ahead of me wrong 2 times and mine was wrong also. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks and only one person was ahead of us and she only ordered 2 drinks. Service at this Starbucks is usually less than stellar, but today was definitely the worst visit yet. I will not go back to this one again.
