The food was cold. The nor the manager wanted to do anything about. Your food is on the decline that is why you are losing customers. You bring out sides already in a small bowl and there half full. The money that you pay is not worth it. Cold food, half food, no customer service.

Ordered 2 entrees and a take home for $5.00. The take home ran together making the chicken wet and gooey. There was only about a spoonful of Mac n cheese. The container needs a divider. The roast beef had a lot of fat the last 2x's I've ordered it. You should not ask callers if they want a condiment (apple butter) and then charge for it unknowingly. The food taste was average. I LOVE Cracker Barrel and hope these issues don't continue to occur.It's always so noisy and the chairs are uncomfortable.

Meatloaf was served cold in the middle. When a new plate was brought out, it was so hot you couldn’t eat it for several minutes. Our server, Emma was great- she was probably one of the best we’ve ever had.Kid-friendliness: Our grandkids love it

Great food at a reasonable price. Definitely a must visit.
What is going on here? We get set down for family of 4 and not even 2 minutes later the server it at table asking what we want to drink. Why I was trying to see what I want to drink 3x and then starts naming off what type of drinks they have like give someone a minute. And then directly asks us what type of food we want without even giving us a chance to order. I ask for manager and the server asks us is there something I did. Clearly asked for a manager. Then food gets brought to table which was chicken tenders that was completely dark as can be like change your oil clean your fryers. Expo should have caught it on front end versus letting tenders go out to table but clearly didn't care. NOT EVEN 30 PEOPLE IN RESTAURANT AND CANT EVEN SERVE FRESH FOOD. I WILL NOT BE BACK THE MANAGER DIDNT HAVE A CARE IN THE WORLD. AND HELL THE MAC AND CHEESE WAS AWFUL TO WHICH MY DAUGHTER GOT WHICH WAS VERY DRY. THEY HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR CUSTOMERS WE ARE CONSIDERED A NUMBER GET IN AND GET OUT. CANT EVEN ENJOY A FAMILY MEAL TOGETHER. NO HOSPITALITY HERE AT ALL. AVOID Jennifer when eating here she treats u as a number. Should have stayed home and had bologna sandwich! IF COULD HAVE LEFT A ZERO STAR WOULD HAVE NOT WORTH IT AT ALL PURE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! The staff are very nice. The last few times I've gone here the food was subpar. It used to be much better. It's just okay now.Update: we had a nice Easter dinner here and would highly recommend the barbecue chicken tenders. Those are new and very tasty!
We arrived around 7:00 p.m., ordered our food about 10 min. later. We did not receive it until 8:00 p.m. The restaurant was not busy. When we received our food the quality was poor. My husband's sides were cold, my shrimp tasted like it had been setting in grease. Just overall not what I would expect from Cracker Barrell.
