The sandwiches are delicious. Employees were friendly and helpful. One of the few places in the area where I can find true Southern sweet tea which is a plus.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian sandwich but they also have a create your own sandwich that can be customized.

Don't be fooled by their warm friendliness at the window. That's a sham before asking for a tip. Long story short. They make you pull around and wait for the big let down. Ordered a kids meal as part GrubHub order for the family. Only the sandwich was included, not the brownie (which cost extra) or the milk was in the stapled bag. One sandwich also said no pickle, which was still included. I can understand getting in the groove and forgetting to not include the pickle, but the absence of 2 of 3 items for a kid meal is just ridiculous.

I've been to a lot of Firehouse Subs. One of the better ones I've been to in a long time. Smokehouse Brisket add bacon and jalapeños. Just do it. It's amazing.

Went to this location after work to grab a quick dinner. I waited a few minutes in the drive through line, and no one came to the speaker. As I drove away, i noticed 2 employees talking, not waiting on any customers. I ended up going somewhere else for dinner. poor servic.
Got a large smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket on 09/22/23, where somehow the meat was simultaneously fatty/uncooked in some of the sandwich and stringy/dried-out in other parts. It gave me crazy indigestion and I had to throw a good portion of the meat out due to it seeming unsafe to eat. Also, the cheese and BBQ were nonexistent, I had to add my own cheddar at home. Not to mention all I got was the sandwich and it was $17.45. I definitely won't be back for a long time, if at all.

I've gotten 3 subs in the last two weeks. My oldest son is a picky eater. He loved it. The staff do an outstanding job. I had to call an let them know also ?❤️??

Love the brisket and the Philly steak and cheese. Prices are a tad high to eat there frequently. Smallest size sub and drink blows a minimum of $10. Full size $15
