Took my husband for his birthday and we loved it. But I have been coming to MI Casa since they opened. Love the owner and all the staff so friendly and great people.

Visited today and had 5 people and 2 kids( 2, and newborn). portions size of rice is extremely low asked for a bit more and was charged and on top of the tbone steak was extremely chewy and hard to cut with knife and they added their tip to our bill of $12.50.

The manager is RUDE and degrading. He even stated that they don’t care about their customers. The food was made wrong and was ice cold. I wanted to support a local restaurant, but this business will NEVER get my support again.

I don't get here very often but it has always been my favorite local Mexican restaurant There are 3 full service Mexican Restaurant in Greenfield. One is always crowded, I don't care for the one on the southend of town and I won't be returning to Mi Casa. The 2 hostesses did not have any understanding of English, so trying to be seated was a challenge. Service was fair and our orders were delivered with a very short wait. The nachos were lukewarm and not fresh. The Chimichanga was very full with Ground Beef but it is unseasoned. The rice was okay but I needed sugar for it and the waiter could not find any packets of sugar, so he brought me a glassful of sugar. The refried beans were skimpy and so thin that they ran all over the plate. We were not offered refills on our sodas, probably because we could not get our waiters attention as he was quite busy chit chatting with the rest of the staff.
