I’m a huge fan of the “Cinnamon Toast Crunch” shake! I also enjoy their “energy bombs”-I’ve had several. Friendly staff—I’ve called in my orders ahead of time. Meal replacement shakes - low calorie & delicious!
I know my kids are getting protein in their yummy shakes that they think are a very special treat! The owner and all of the employees have become part of our lives and are now our friends! We love Energy Spot Center Grove!!

I've been dying to try this place and today I did :-) I got a cherry cordial protein shake and for an extra dollar I got a iced tea original no extras, I thought I was going to have to put sweet and low in it but the taste of it was AWESOME... loved it and my shake was Wonderful.
