I LOVE this place! It's my newest go to place for an energy boost or a protein shake. I love the lady (I think the owner) she remembers me and gives me suggestions or different options. Today I went and got the special, I asked about how I could have one tomorrow without coming in as I won't be this way. New Year, new me. In keeping with my attempt to eat a little better (it is not going too well), I decided to check this place out. This is a cute cafe that is located in the Kroger strip mall. Being that it is in a strip mall, there is more than enough parking available. The cafe has a few tables inside for you to dine at and it is a very trendy place. Love coming here for a low-cal but filling lunch or breakfast. The staff is friendly and the shakes really do taste like how they are described. Took my oldest and got shakes for lunch while we were out running errands. She got the banana split and I got the birthday cake shake. Both were super good. Creamy like a milkshake but so much better because they are packed with protein!
