“We went here for our anniversary dinner. The ambiance was perfect. It felt almost like a speakeasy. We went through a door and upstairs to a dimly lit room. The sound level was perfect to have a conversation at the table, but not so quiet that you hear the conversations around you. The food was wonderful! Thanks to the wine samples we tried in the Cellar Market, while waiting for our table, I paired my steak with a new cabernet sauvignon that I really enjoyed. Highly recommend Up Cellar!“
“Ordered online, pretty simple. Drove to the restaurant and parked in the numbered space for pickup. We ordered the Sirloin Steak Salad, Spicy Chicken Bites, Brussel Sprouts, with the mac & cheese. All this food was above and beyond taste, it was perfect! I had the Spicy Chicken Bites, and they come with a dipping sauce. This is by far the best Chicken I've ever ate. Thumbs up to the entire staff at this restaurant! I definitely will go back for more of that! The service from A-B was excellent.....“
“A meat lover's paradise. I felt like I just stepped into a steakhouse in the middle of Texas - not downtown Indy. Every single steak is as big as your head and juicy, cooked to your definition of perfection. Especially the Prime Rib was a fun one - everyone gasped when they saw the massive rib sticking out of the 2 inch thick meat The ribs were perfectly done, easy pull apart with little fat. they have only two BBQ sauce flavors: regular and hot. Both were Servers seemed like they had been there years - making it fun by boxing up our leftovers for us in fun shapes made of tin foil. Kinda the only good way to carry large hunks of meat home! They brought out a birthday surprise for our friend (free of charge)! Drinks were poured heavy and for the amount of food our party received, we got everything really quickly which shocked us. Very unique interior - natural wood with sections of seating 5-6 tables, as well as one huge room in the back where they placed our group since they knew we would be rowdy! So much stuff to look at on the walls, and antiques here and there. Might be a good place for a company party for large gatherings.“

“Bone in are good for decent value,caesar salad, mash with brown gravy and bbq wings with ranch as the app. My Roadhouse on Southport road never disappoints me. I like to be in the middle of the house or at bar. Sometimes when your in back or the very front service seems off. Always call ahead!!!“
“Have only eaten here a couple of times. Each time the people, employees were friendly, smiling, happy.I and my party enjoyed the food very much. The fresh, moist rolls and sweet butter were well received.More food than each could eat, boxed for home.Two complaints.A. The benches are extremely hard and are pitched rearward at an odd angle. Uncomfortable at there best.B. The seating at said booths is very narrow to your dining partner, elbows will be rubbed. Little room at table.“
