Love coming here for a low-cal but filling lunch or breakfast. The staff is friendly and the shakes really do taste like how they are described. Took my oldest and got shakes for lunch while we were out running errands. She got the banana split and I got the birthday cake shake. Both were super good. Creamy like a milkshake but so much better because they are packed with protein!

Love this place and the owners. They have a wide variety of shakes and drinks & they continuously create more options. There's something for everyone to love!

I LOVE this place! It's my newest go to place for an energy boost or a protein shake. I love the lady (I think the owner) she remembers me and gives me suggestions or different options. Today I went and got the special, I asked about how I could have one tomorrow without coming in as I won't be this way. She told me how to make it and gave me the ingredients so I can still feel the boost the next day!! After my first one- I felt more focused at work that many days previous. I will for sure go back! The atmosphere is chill and can be a very personal experience as everyone is looking for something different.

MLM front / pyramid scheme. And overpriced to hell & back.Do not support this "business"

Customers should know, since it isn't advertised, that these Energy Spot "businesses" are basically a front for the owners to sell Herbalife. Herbalife is a large MLM/pyramid scheme and their products have been proven to cause liver damage, among other health problems. Please research Herbalife and don't think you're supporting an actual local small business by visiting these shops.

Super confusing way to order and you end up with two drinks somehow. They also don't have drink carriers, so you're stuck either drinking your overpriced shakes there or struggling to carry them back to your car. Also, it's Herbalife, but if you ask them what's in it or anything, they dodge the question which is super sketchy.

New Year, new me. In keeping with my attempt to eat a little better (it is not going too well), I decided to check this place out. This is a cute cafe that is located in the Kroger strip mall. Being that it is in a strip mall, there is more than enough parking available. The cafe has a few tables inside for you to dine at and it is a very trendy place. There are tons of smoothie options to choose from. It looks a bit overwhelming. With that being said, I would probably peruse the menu before you arrive to save you some time. In addition to shakes, this cafe has coffee, teas, and energy bombs (colorful fruity energy drinks). You can get different types of add ins for your shake that include protein, immunity boosters, and fiber. They offer a loyalty punch card where after a certain amount of punches you get to spin the wheel for a free drink. The woman working during my visit was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful. She explained much of what the shop had going on, being that it was my first visit and all. I got the Peach Cobbler shake. It took only a few minutes to prepare and it was ok. I did not taste any of the peach and it was heavy on the cinnamon. I wanted to like this place a little more, but I wish I enjoyed my shake more though. I will definitely be back and will give their menu another whirl. Remember, just do a little homework before you go, it will save you time and help you make a better selection.

I don't have any photos to share of The Energy Spot, but - well - I was confused. I had assumed based upon many photos/reviews that this was a smoothie shop. It evidently isn't. They require you to set up some form of account before you buy a smoothie, which doesn't cost anything but is a hastle. The smoothies are apparently "meal replacement shakes" which would be fine if that were made clear before walking in. The staff is VERY friendly, but I don't usually want a 5 minute explanation before I order a smoothie. The product - could be better. I found my shake/smoothie to be chalky. I was more or less (by virtue of the menu style) forced to take some form of non alcoholic shot that tasted like bad Kool Aid. This establishment gets 3 stars because the product was decent, but not what I was lead to believe I'd be having before I had walked in. If you are LOOKING for a meal replacement shake, this is a great place to go. If you're looking for a smoothie, look elsewhere.

So disappointed seeing an annocunement that this location is under new ownership from the same j*** that used to own Whiteland. The way this dimwit posts to his social media accounts shaming others for being cautious during a pandemic is just shameful from a business owner that claims to be "religious". Make that 2 locations that I will never spend another dime of my money with.

Hated to hear that the owner from another store was taking over- went to his location to have him brag about it. Disgusting. The girls that ran the store.... Jamie, Alyssa, and there was a dark haired girl that's not been in for a bit were nothing short of amazing. The theme weeks had me driving to that location. Won't be back. The guy... Jared.... Jeremy.... arrogant.
