Not a pleasant dine-in experience. My dad just wanted to take his grandkids out for pizza. I think they're understaffed, so our server was really pushing 2 liters on us so she wouldn't have to set up the soda machine. The pizza was good though and affordable. It just uncomfortable to dine-in. My dad has this nostalgia from 25 years ago when I was a kid and would receive pizza hut coupons for reading. Back when there was a salad bar and the atmosphere was banging! Pizza Hut is just odd now.

February 14, 2024Valentine's Day at Pizza Hut in Griffith, Indiana was amazing, cool and beautiful. The staff decorated the place to the nine's. Looked fantastic. They had a selfie table and backdrop. They went all out. Tables beautiful, backdrops, decorated all out and A+ all the way. Super kid friendly, great family fun, great family night and environment. The food was delicious and good. The staff was all super friendly, kind, caring, super helpful and awesome. Fantastic place to celebrate Valentine's Day. Going to go back next year. Very impressive. Loved the whole experience. Fun for all ages today from 5 years old to 85 years old in our Valentine's Day party. Everyone had a sensational time and looking forward to next year.
Painted the walls to feel lighter. Rearranged furniture.

I call to order their chicken alfredo, because my mom loves it. She's in rehab, so I've ordered it a few times. When I called in to order, the young lady remembered me, and I was like, "Oh, you remember me!" I have shopped and ate at so many places, and customer service has always been lack luster. You appreciate when you actually receive A1 service. It becomes shocking, which is so sad. But just wanted them to know that the service they provided was soooo appreciated, and the food's not bad either. I love the cheese breadsticks!?

The Delivery driver was so amazing. She went back and got drinks that where accidentally forgot without being upset. Then the food was amazing. Wasn't able to catch the lady's name but big props to her.

I would NEVER go back here!! I ordered the boneless wings and a side of ranch. Not only did I order my food ahead of time, I had to wait forever and THEN he STILL charged me for my ranch cup. I have never been charged for a ranch cup with theBonesless wings! He could have at least have me the ranch cup for free with the looonnnggg wait!!

Pizza, breadsticks and cheesesticks were underdone. Breadsticks needed more seasoning. Were only received the 3 marinara sauces we ordered. This was delivery. Next time we'll order from Barton's Pizza.

So, this Pizza Hut is closest to my home, and we have frequented this place often. However, I now will find a new spot. This isn't the first, this isn't the second or even the third issue we have had with this location. First occurrence, I ordered the 10 Cinnabon's and when I went to pick it up not only was it open, but someone had eaten one out of it. So yes, I only had 9. Second occurrence, I guess their driver never showed up and they had to use door dash. Well, door dash stole my food. I will admit the manager delivered my food and said I would receive a credit on my account. I never did receive that credit so let's call that strike three. I should've learned my lesson. Well today I ordered from them, as I am currently on crutches. They completely messed up my order. Mind you I can't actually go up there and return the food, so the best they could do with a 70$ order was credit me 10$ on my account. Which I argued against and was granted 20$. How magnanimous of them. This location needs to do better.
36 dollars on food and maybe a 1/5 of it was edible. I mean dear lord. How can someone make food (you supposablely are taught how to make) soooo bad. Like this would make me sick eating it literally lol. Pretty sad yall can't even make a pizza. I understand the intensity of working at pizza hut but cmonn

Pizza looked bad, barely had any of the ingredients and was just thrown together. Also, we waited about 45 minutes for the carry out.

Bathrooms out of order, paper plates, no beer, cannot even get a cup of water with your meal, you have to buy bottled water. Pop fountain out of order and pop canonly be purchased in bottles.

The website was acting goofy so my wife phoned in an order despite the fact it was expensive as hell they made the pizza wrong I went to get another one I waited 10 min for any service wow rh customer service has went way down and it's not the same as it used to be very disappointed in Pizza Hut right now
