HERE IS A TRUE STORY—The man took my order right. 2 cheese burgers. 2 hamburgers ? I get to the window and some little angry hateful girl only gave me 2 burgers. I said i ordered 4 burgers, this girl yells “IF YOU WANT MORE BURGERS YOU GOTTA PAY FOR IT!!!”I explained I already did, she doesn’t believe me. Big hassle by a short person. Who DOESNT KNOW HER JOB.I try to hand her my receipt. Refused to take it. A white girl tells me I have to move my vehicle because they’re getting yelled at because the lines not moving... um if the lines not moving how is EVERYONE YELLING AT YOU??? Only 1 car parked in front of the order menu anyway.?angry girl Throws the bag out the window and I barely was able to catch it before it hit the ground.I asked to talk to a manager , I was told no. I asked a few times. I waited!Get this: the manager asks what’s the problem? We’re working on your burgers now.How can that be when the short angry girl threw the 2nd bag? Duh ? look on her face.I even asked this short girl “why you SO angry you gotta throw my food at me?”She replies with a snarl “if I threw it at you I woulda hit you! “ as she pulls her mask down to scream at me. Yuck ?What a three ring circus ? this place is.I was going to ask for my money back as every employee stood in a group not working but watching the short girl throw a fit. Center of attention blah blah blah.Wendy’s managers you need to control your employees and teach them THAT EVERYONE DESERVES RESPECT NO MATTER THE SKIN COLOR. if that angry little girl can’t play nice go find another job.You keep racism going with that attitude!Strange thing... my husband goes one day, orders, drives to the pick up Window. The angry little girl stood up from leaning on the counter and walked away... a white man handed my husband his food.Go to Wendy’s at another location unless you like your food thrown at you, yelled at, treated badly, threatened to be hit...*your threats and anger will land you in jail one day.Somebody might smash your face in eventually if you continue to act a fool. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too, I’m not sure why I even keep going back expecting anything to change. 4 sandwiches and 4 fries in the drive thru and it took 20 minutes to make, and then everything was still room tempature! Why was I parked and waiting so long if nothing was coming out fresh?! Almost always something is missing from our order and I need to go back or call. And I don’t even know the last time I came here and they didn’t park me at the drive thru even when I get just 1 sandwich and a drink. Maybe if they stopped trying to cheat their speed of service times their corporate office could actually do something to get them help/training. Hopefully I wise up and don’t return.

Wendy’s has the best chicken nuggets out of all the restaurants only if they can keep up with potatoes need to place a time management schedule somewhere for the workers. Help them understand how much volume of the store they are making daily in order to produce enough prepared food.

What a dump we came for dinner there was 5 people working and they kept looking at us and no one would take our order. As we were standing there people felt the ignorance and walked out. Finally a girl with a messy bun and red hair walked by again to go get the girl zarla out of the bathroom to take our order. She took our order. And instead of giving me a baconator gave me a double cheeseburger. When I asked her about the cheeseburger she unwrapped my sandwich, took two pieces of bacon, put it on there and rewrapped it and handed it back to me. What a disappointment You put a lot of money into remodeling that place and the poor help and lack of communication doesn't make you feel like you want to return. Sadly we should have walked out. How can you work in customer service and give no greeting or service?

They've improved greatly. Got a breakfast biscuit egg and sausage. Nicely done, very tasty. To two ladies working there really showed professionalism and friendliness. Stayed away for awhile, but now it's going to be a regular stop.
