Their uniforms are well kept .Food is always served hot and expectations always on point. I actually travel out my way takes me about 20mins or so to get there . Awesome service!“
“My food today was hot, fresh, and tasty.. it’s hit or miss when you go sometimes. I also had a pleasant experience in the drive thru. About a 10 minute wait but that didn’t bother me. They did however forget to put my strawberry biscuit in the bag so I took 1 star off. I should’ve checked but I didn’t think they’d forget because she repeated everything back to me. It’s not worth driving back for though so it is what it is.“

“I'm from Michigan and was in town for a day, looking for the best food in the area and I found it! Service was friendly as I walked in and the place looked clean. My food was ready just as I arrived. I had to take mine to go but they had plenty of seating if you would want to stay in and eat. I got the "hot" level tenders and I'd say the spice rating was accurate. Yes, they were hot! The chicken was crispy and juicy and the fries were crispy, too. Just perfect all around! I would definitely stop back if I'm ever in the area again.“
“I am new from Texas and I was told about this place. I AGREE!!!!........ BEST CHICKEN EVER!!... NOT greasy, excellent crispy skin, incredible cole slaw and the fries... (with the mild sauce for me) is TOP NOTCH!! The only thing is that you have to have cash.... and I don't because I will spend it!... “Let me start off by thanking the original staff for taking back over and turning this place back around. I had a minor unpleasant experience years ago and didn’t bother to return. I had seen signs posted previously about new management, but as quick as I saw them I didn’t any longer. However, last night I was headed home and saw they were still open and thought let me give them a try again! Just from entry you can feel and see the difference! I am so sorry to not have gotten their names, but the, I believe owner and, cashier who checked me out was phenomenal! The chef was awesome too. They both just had such welcoming personable spirits and we stood and talked the whole time the food was being prepared, which made the time fly by. (time flies when you’re having fun!) As we said yesterday, sometimes you don’t know how much a person can need that kindness and I truly appreciate the friendly service I received yesterday. Now! On to that delicious food! I ordered the cat & wing combo which comes with 3 wings and 2 pieces of catfish with fries. Delicious!! I must add that I visited an hour before closing time, so around 10:30-10:40 PM, and as you can see the time does not determine the quality here.. fresh and tasty food all day long! That is also appreciated because you can’t say that all the time about food establishments. The fish was flaky and the wings were juicy. And that sauce? Perfect. True Harold’s mild sauce! And if you know what I mean when I say that, then you know! But if you’ve never had Harold’s and this review is your ticket to try them out, let me just say make sure you include some mild sauce! The wait wasn’t more than 10-15 minutes but I didn’t mind that either not only because of the service, but your food is cooked fresh to order. My meal was perfect, and they even asked about and included the coleslaw! This brought another taste of my home Chicago to my new home in Indiana. If you’ve ever had an unpleasant experience in the past, please give them another try! You will not regret it! And I myself will be back to patron again and again. ❤️“
