A manager contacted me and apologized for the mistake that had been made. The young man that had taken the order was fairly new and has now been educated on how to process that particular type of coupon. Managment was extremely apologetic and quick to recover and make me feel much better about the situation. They offered a credit for the WHOLE pizza!!! We well absolutely order from Rosati‘s again as that is our favorite pizza and the closest to Chicago as we can get in pizza.“

The portions were of a nice size, everything was nice and hot, and for about ten bucks it was a bargain.
