“We have Been at Theo’s at least 20 times in the last 3 years. The first time was the best and last night was the last. Food was a lot better 3 years ago. The staff seemed like they cared about you buying the right or the best value, Last night we were ripped off. David was our server. Telling how great the specials were with out telling us the price. My wife wanted seafood not steak. So we ordered her the seafood crab legs, lobster tail and shrimp. Crab legs tasted like they were frozen for a long time, the lobster was Tuff. Shrimp was good in garlic butter. I had a steak. With mushrooms. Do your self a favor ask what the price for any specials . DON’T BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT KNOWING THE PRICE. SeaFood Special $175.66 Who the hell charges this for a pound of crab legs and a lobster tail? Never again! Buyer beware!”

“Always check hours online - and watch your step when you walk in the front door. There are a ton of food items on this menu - including a refrigerated section for soup, frozen pierogies, and there are other salads and desserts.

You do get a discount if you pay in CASH.

I tried some pierogis - potato and sweet cheese. They appear to be fried as they are a bit crunchy, but I like them like that. They are pretty full pierogis. You can order them frozen to go home and cook on your own - or have them cooked to order.

I also got the order of polish sausage w/kraut and some fries. The polish sausage is snappy and the kraut is great. The bun I could do without, but I just removed it and ate on it's own. The fries were salty with a mix of crispy and soggy ones.

I will definitely be back to try more options and more pierogis!

Inside is small, but they added some extra eating in the room next door. You can dine in if you wish, it never seemed too crowded.”

“I live 5 minutes away and this location never fails at being amazing. They're always quick, friendly, and by far make the best blizzards. A lot of other locations I have been too over the years have given runny blizzards or don't stir the items and half the blizzard is just ice cream. This is my favorite location and I appreciate everything about this location.”

“First off, the young lady behind the counter was a pleasure to deal with. What a pleasant surprise after dealing with a lot of the help out there. Got the 10 piece chicken dark meat, small perch, small catfish and small shrimp dinners. Wanted to sample a little bit of everything and was quite pleased. The perch was breaded just right and very moist. The shrimp took a minimum of 2 bites to get down to the tail. The catfish is the best I’ve had since Marti’s Place on the Kankakee River closed. Then there was the chicken. The legs were colossal! As were the thighs! The thighs were about the size of my fist! Loved the crunch. Told the cook (owner maybe?) that we wanted to snack on something while watching football New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Took us 3 days to finish everything. Little bit of a drive to get there, but I go past a couple of chicken places to get there. Definitely worth the trip!!!”

Even better than the hostess and that's saying something. Tabitha took our order, helped me decide by giving great suggestions. Excellent choices. I ended up with a sausage biscuit with home fries, egg and gravy. It was good. Cooked just right. And did I tell you that I felt like home. I wish there was a Bob Evans in my state.”
