I ordered a croissant toasted with cheese and received a croissant and some cheese. I told the guy at the window and he said he would remake it after going through the line a second time. They are never friendly at this location. There are never no smiles. Yes! It’s very busy in the morning but customers love a friendly face in the morning. Horrible customer service from zesty Hispanic male. Rushing my family to order and still got the order wrong. Makes terrible drinks he has no idea of measurements or taste. Coffee was burnt he told me it's because I didn't add sugar, also said if I didn't like it the second time he would charge me to make another one. Very rude even with me being nice the entire time. Smh Starbucks would never!!!

I'm giving it a two-star because I'm giving one guy the benefit of the doubt even though he told me I'm so sorry I did not see you after I was standing there for 5 minutes he was busy but the other guy is in the back why wasn't he at the front helping out customers? And if they're doing stuff in the back then maybe the guy should have been paying attention so that he could let him know that there was a customer.
