Did not have the best experience here this morning. It took forever to get up to the window. Then they made us pull up for the food. After a while I finally went in and had to ask for it. It was just sitting on the counter waiting for someone to bring it out. They definitely should have been more organized. There were plenty of people working so it shouldn’t have been that bad of a wait.

I ordered a croissant toasted with cheese and received a croissant and some cheese. I told the guy at the window and he said he would remake it after going through the line a second time. They are never friendly at this location. There are never no smiles. Yes! It’s very busy in the morning but customers love a friendly face in the morning. There was a man who asked can he give me something for my inconvenience well maybe I can come back and you guys can try this again on the house. You plainly did not want to give me my money back. Hopefully we could resolve this issue in the future.

The staff is the friendliest and most pleasant I've had at any other Dunkin. Most places need to "run on Dunkin" The group at this location is awesome.

Horrible customer service from zesty Hispanic male. Rushing my family to order and still got the order wrong. Makes terrible drinks he has no idea of measurements or taste. Coffee was burnt he told me it's because I didn't add sugar, also said if I didn't like it the second time he would charge me to make another one. Very rude even with me being nice the entire time. Smh Starbucks would never!!!

I'm giving it a two-star because I'm giving one guy the benefit of the doubt even though he told me I'm so sorry I did not see you after I was standing there for 5 minutes he was busy but the other guy is in the back why wasn't he at the front helping out customers? And if they're doing stuff in the back then maybe the guy should have been paying attention so that he could let him know that there was a customer. And so when I asked them about some ice cream they didn't know the answer, all he could say was I'm so sorry they don't even have any labels on some of the ice creams and the one guy in the back finally came to the front and stood there just looking at me while the other guy all he could just keep saying was he was so sorry he didn't know any answers to any of my questions and so I just walked out and all the guy kept saying was I'm so sorry I'm so sorry

If I could give zero Stars I would. I stopped there at 2:30 in the afternoon to get my son a doughnut. We were the only people in the Drive-Thru and I ordered one donut with chocolate frosting. I waited at the window for over 8 minutes while the person who should have taken my money walked out to her car and grabbed something out of a Walmart bag to bring it back into the store. When she walked up to the counter she asked the other person standing there "what the hell did this lady order?" I will never return to this establishment.

I've only been here a few times and every time I've gone my order was messed up. Yesterday I went and ordered 2 pumpkin iced coffees with cream and light sugar. She put regular sugar and only one pump of pumpkin swirl. It tasted awful! They do not know how to make drinks here! And the sign in the window says if you don't receive a receipt call this number. The number goes straight to voice-mail and mailbox is full.

Store was literally closed during store hours. I was directed to with a twirling finger (like a child) to use the drive-through. I'm not going through a drive-through at 5:45pm when it is not even busy. This isn't the only time this has happened. Either under staffed or staff don't really want to work. I used to like this location.

This is the "cold brew with oatmilk" that I received after returning the first beverage because they gave me cream and sugar instead of the oatmilk I had ordered. Tasted exactly how it looks- like watered down oatmilk with ice and a SPLASH of coffee, maybe?? I didn't taste coffee at all, but I guess it's slightly brown, so maybe these drinks have become too expensive to be handed something like this. I had to stop at a gas station and buy a can of Starbucks cold brew to pour into this.

I paid for two double scoops which it says on that receipt. I went back and I told her this is not double scoop. I have a video of her saying she put double scoops in there. This is not double scoop some very disappointing and the other girl at the register super rude, didn’t even correct other girl didn’t care this place is this place is charging double for less

Worst Dunkin in the area. They ALWAYS, ALWAYS get the order wrong. ALWAYS! Their drive thru speak is muffled which I've complained about, and when I go inside I have to wait longer than needed. I've stop going there. I now go to the Dunkin on Calumet Ave near Main St. Have not had an issue as of yet.
