I had terrible experience on New Years Eve. I placed order online for take-out and few minutes after I got phone call that my order is cancelled due to lack of ingredients, such as pizza sauce, dough, etc. I went there about 8 pm. Manager told me (being very rude) that they do not have anything to complete my order. He actually interrupt me and said "Good night". I will never go or order anything from this location! Terrible management and the worst customer service ever!

Ordered delivery around 1130 40$ order for a buffalo Chicken pizza, cheese bread, and a 2 liter of coke. Tipped good the pizza came without the buffalo sauce it was about midnight so I figured I’d call the next day. They blew me off saying I should have called at night even though they were closed. Really disappointing customer service.

I live a .5 mile north of the Hobart Domino’s and it took a driver 1.5 hours to find my address. I am on Wisconsin St. When trying to call the manager to discuss issue. I was hung up on, would not give me store owners information, and basically acted like a 10 year old child. I contacted corporate and NOTHING was done. So both this stores location owner and corporate basically could care less about their consumers!

24.00 for a pizza not worth 10.00. Bacon and sliced tomatoes, not much bacon and tasteless. The sauce was not tasty. No more. I added garlic, cheese, sauce and still thew it out
Domino's one of my favorite places to. Good food and decent prices. I would have gave you 5 stars but their deliveries are a little off.

My friends and i went in late just before they were closing we felt bad as i could see they were getting ready to close but they happily took our order and didnt seem annoyed that we came in super late which is sadly not common in a lot of places. the guy who was closing joked with us and everyone there seemed to be having a good time.

Literally the worse of the worst. All the way around. Missing items, cold, burnt, got us sick you name it this is the place. What makes it even worse is they nicely.offer you a replacement or credit and then when you call back they are ignorant and refuse to give said credit. Stay away. Order from anywhere else and save your stomach, yourself a ton of frustration, wasted time & money.
