Slayde was an incredible server! We visit Benihana at least twice a year and have noticed the service getting very slow until tonight. She was totally on top of everything from drinks to appetizers to the bill. Unfortunately, we were sitting at a communal table with a couple unhappy people, but Slayde had nothing to do with it. This was my first time here I’ve heard so much about it and I to be honest was not impressed. Our waiter was spectacular and took care of us very well. The food was ehh; I found the taste was not very good as everyone says it was very bland. Then the menu says you get this and this but didn’t get half of what it said. First and foremost, our service was amazing! From start to finish the staff and our chef could not have been better. Although our waitress did not bring our entire order out. We were supposed to get ice cream with our meal and didn't. But she was so kind and SO accommodating to everyone at our table. The people we sat with were not very nice to her.
