I used to go to this location a lot! The reason why I don't go anymore is because you only serve sugary soda or sugary lemonade. You took ice tea away (which is a cheap beverage to offer your guests who keep your doors open), and I do not want to be limited to water. I've asked several times to bring back ice tea but it doesn't seem to phase you or even speak volumes to how much business is being left on the table by being one of the only places to not offer the cheap and popular beverage of ice tea. Please bring it back or change out one of the sugar bombs in your fountain for Powerade or something not carbonated and full of sugar. Again, used to be a die hard loyal customer, but I don't want to pay to be limited to Indianapolis tap water. Once again, literally every other restaurant makes ice tea so they can maximize their business...but you don't?

Erica from the Carmel store was fantastic with a catering luncheon. Wonderful Customer Service. Wonderful Food....The store was a delight as soon as I walked in. Thank you again for helping me. All of our customers were very excited about what they had for lunch. The Bobbie party pack..The Turkey Lover and the Sampler Party packs. So very fresh.

It was my first time trying this sandwich shop. I saw good reviews so I thought I would check it out. I had the cole turkey and tomato soup. My friend had the meatball sub and a salad. You get quite a bit of food for the price. On a ten scale the overall quality and taste of the food was a 7 I prefer my tomato soup a bit more creamy but it still had a decent flavor. The place seemed fairly clean, but the bathroom could have used a better cleaning. The service was very friendly. I might go back and try another combo.

I LOVE going here for lunch. I travel a lot for work, and every time I'm near Greenwood this place is on my mind. Shared it with a coworker today for lunch and he loved it too! Staff is always polite and honest.IF YOU WANT A GOOD, REAL PHILLY CHEESESTEAK THIS IS YOUR PLACE.
Ordered 2 sandwiches and ate there. December 8. Quality of sandwiches no way compared to last time we ate there 9 months ago. Place was rather dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. Apparently the men's bathroom didn't work. Witnessed employee using the women's bathroom and immediately walked out without washing hands! Sad! Because this place used to be AWESOME!!! No more!!!! Couldn't pay me to go there.

Here today (11/17/2023) with my hubby. We enjoy coming to this location bc the employees are always nice and our orders are always right. Well while paying for our lunch I'm looking around and see that it needs some cleaning on the counter, cash register and on the sides of cabinets behind the register. Made me a little worried about my order but since we could see them making the food I thought it'd be ok. Hope I'm right.. We ordered takeout so I didn't see if the bathroom or seating was cleaned.
