Erica from the Carmel store was fantastic with a catering luncheon. Wonderful Customer Service. Wonderful Food....The store was a delight as soon as I walked in. Thank you again for helping me. It was my first time trying this sandwich shop. I saw good reviews so I thought I would check it out. I had the cole turkey and tomato soup. My friend had the meatball sub and a salad. You get quite a bit of food for the price. On a ten scale the overall quality and taste of the food was a 7 I prefer my tomato soup a bit more creamy but it still had a decent flavor. The place seemed fairly clean, but the bathroom could have used a better cleaning. The service was very friendly....read full review

I used to go to this location a lot! The reason why I don't go anymore is because you only serve sugary soda or sugary lemonade. You took ice tea away (which is a cheap beverage to offer your guests who keep your doors open), and I do not want to be limited to water. I've asked several times to bring back ice tea but it doesn't seem to phase you or even speak volumes to how much business is being left on the table by being one of the only places to not offer the cheap and popular...read full review
