We stopped in for the first last night.We were 1 of only a few couples in the restaurant. Serive was quick and friendly.We both had the Thursday special. All you can eat rib tips with a side and cornbread. Don't forget the pickles and pickled onionsThe fries were wedge fries with a great flavor and cooked to perfection. The coleslaw was a good too. The rib tips were good, but a little dry. The sauces helped with this. The Devils spit was my choice.

1 star only based on the complete lack of assistance from management at this location! The poor bartender, whom was absolutely amazing and did her best to do what she could… I believe her name was Brooke. I witnessed her be triple seated, all while making drinks for other patrons at the bar among other servers… while others stood around or completely disappeared!! Hire some help or step up and assist your employees!!

I've always loved everything I ate at Dave's. Not today. I had rib tips, had them many places and love them. These were, well actually terrible. They were small, dry, and unchewable!!. I felt like they should have been tender chunks of meat, like other places serve.Will never order that again.

I’ll cut some slack because it was a Tuesday at 1pm but the place was pretty empty. I went to the bar and was the only one. My server was very nice but not a bartender. I wanted a draft beer but the draft system didn’t work. I owned a restaurant several years ago and if the draft system didn’t work I would get it fixed immediately. It’s a bar! So I asked for a Long Island. He had to find the drink card and it easily took 5 minutes to make. I don’t know what I got but it was not a Long Island but drinkable. I think it was his 3rd day. I got the lunch chopped pork and fries. It came to quickly, way to fast. The fries were luke warm obviously sitting under a heat lamp. Ditto the pork. The sauces were good. The bill for a Bud 4.25, Long whatever 9.00, and the lunch one meat platter 11.99, was 26 plus tip. For the money, way better options for me.

I don’t typically leave reviews but this experience so disappointing that I felt you needed to be aware. The first time I tried to order online it told me that you guys were not open. Then I called to place a to go order and was hung up on. Then I called back and was told since I wasn’t placing a veteran‘s order the girl couldn’t transfer the phone and asked me to call back again. So then I called in again placed my order which was over $70 for dinner for two. The lady when I came in had our stuff bagged up didn’t review anything just handed it to me told me it was all there and ready to go. When I got home I was missing two salads. Had two loaded baked potatoes with no toppings . And when I went to eat my Georgia chop pork it was still completely cold and the baked potato was not fully cooked. I do understand places are short staffed right now and it was a little busy this evening however there is absolutely no excuse for this type of service!

We had a wonderful meal tonight. The spare ribs and brisket were done right and delicious. The sides, salad, slaw, mashed potatoes and beans all satisfied. And to top it off, the corn muffins were sweet and moist. It’s not often a place gets it all perfect, but they did it tonight!

Disappointed they got rid of french dressing. They always had amazing side salads and now that was mediocre at best. Brisket was good and my hubs said his burger was good. My son's mashed potatoes were like wallpaper paste, avoid those!

Had a great experience! Jasmine was our server. She was polite and everything we could have asked for when it comes to customer satisfaction. No complaints about the food either. Give this location a try. You won't be disappointed.

We arrived right when they opened for an early lunch and the server seated us quickly and was very welcoming and friendly. Everything came out of the kitchen so fast and was very tasty. We enjoyed our food and being there before the lunch rush meant it wasn't super loud or crowded.

Fast friendly service, decent portions at a reasonable price. I had the Texas Brisket sandwich with a side of mashed potatoes. The potatoes were pretty bland, the sandwich was okay. I am pretty spoiled because there are so many extraordinary BBQ places in the deep south. This one was pretty unremarkable, but not too bad. I don't think BBQ is a big deal in this area because this restaurant and another BBQ restaurant down the street was nearly empty at noon on a Tuesday.
The portion sizes were much smaller than expected. The fried pickles only came with about 7-8 pickles for $8. The macaroni that I paid additional cost for was barely a spoon full. The host asked us if we wanted a booth then immediately set us at a huge round table and we only had 4 people. Our waitress was nice but we felt rushed as she brought our check as soon as we got our plates. The cost was $120 (+ tip) on 4 people.

Over Priced. 2 pieces of chicken breast, cheese curds and a little bit of burnt ends, little bit of brisket AND for the 50 minute wait I didn't even get my peach cobbler, all that for 50 bucks! Not even a drink with that price.. not friendly for the wallet if you wanna get a good meal you'll need to spend an extra 20. You're punished for tipping they don't even do their job in putting the food that you ordered in your bag Do not recommend whatsoever 1 star for the taste of food, everything else is a miss Edit ** Review team doesn't even acknowledge the fact I didn't get all of my items I paid for, even after after my long wait. I didn't get my 10 dollar cobbler. Wishing that I could retract my tip and my business. I still over paid for the meal, I needed to go to McDonald's after just to get full!

First time ever going and had a great experience. Had the best waitress named Felicity and she was very helpful on all of our questions me and my husband had and very patient with us. They have the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever tried anywhere and I had the brisket and my husband had the barbecue chicken and if I could give it a 10 I would.

We always get the all american feast and we have a party of 10 or more when we go and we still bring home some leftovers... the staff are always friendly and on top of their game...
