I will give it to them, the place smells good, the food tastes good, and service is great. This is one place I go to and there is never an issue. My order has always been correct. The spicy baked ziti with the sausage is killer and breadsticks like soft buttery pillows you can eat. I have not gotten a hard crusty breadstick from here yet and I’ve been going here for at least 4 years. Keep it up!
When we went, it was a couple hours from closing. There were a few people still inside. We ordered, got our drinks, and picked our seat. There were multiple tables still dirty with dishes. An lots of workers just standing around not doing anything. We waited around 15 minutes, before my husband's food came out. And then I was informed that mine was still cooking. Hot, fresh, delicious pasta & breadsticks. The salad was fresh and crispy. The restaurant and restroom were clean. And the manager on duty, Melissa, was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this Fazoli’s!
