We've been loyal to this First Watch for a couple of years. The food is always great, as are most of the staff. However, today we came in at about 2:15 and were told to order quickly because the kitchen closes at 2:30. That is the time posted for the restaurant to close. I have never been rushed to order at a restaurant because closing time is when the doors close and they stop letting diners in, not when the staff stop working. Ordered the salmon Benedict, a little communication issue, got the wrong dish, waitress corrected the error and in a little while I got my order.Presentation was nice, hollandaise was nice with a little lemony taste, the salmon was good but a small amount, just one layer of lox, they need to add another layer of salmon.Salad looks nice but the kitchen failed to dress the leaves, three quarters of the salad had no dressing.
