“I hadn't been here in years. The food was good. We got the Frisco Burger combo & The Mushroom & Swiss combo. The service was VERY good. Nice employee.

Parking: Parking on both sides of building.

Kid-friendliness: Good place to bring kids.“

“I visit this Hardee’s multiple times Week and the food quality and customer service never ever ever let me down. Carmen is the absolute BEST and always greet me with a smile. At this point I think she knows my voice through the drive-thru and has my Coke zero with light ice always ready to go. Definitely my favorite breakfast and lunch on the go spot in Nora. “Hello today has been a wonderful day for me down at the Hardee's on 5016 Harding Lane Indianapolis Indiana because upon my arrival I had wanted a breakfast item and Miss Karen.. the wonderful young lady here at the front counter accommodated me as well as having my order cooked to order.... As a person that I am of 23 years of customer service and 15 years in management.. her customer service skills were through the roof ...she's very phenomenal ...I feel that somewhere down the line should be a promotion waiting for her.... She's phenomenal....“

“This review isn’t location specific. I enjoy Hardee’s, but they are still a fast food place so the quality of food is the same as that of McDonalds, Burger King, White Castle. It’s a nice switch up from the normal fast food chains. Sodas are usually pretty solid too. The staff are nice but not ~wow~ friendly.“

“They got my order right, which is rare, while also genuinely putting extra tomato on my sandwich, which is also a rarity. The new Sparklers taste great, and they have the best Frisco in all of fast food. Their apple turnovers are also delicious, one of the best cheap pies I've ever had.“

“I happen to have eaten here twice, several months apart, both times after I was leaving Castleton AMC. There is an extremely polite young man, with some frosting near his forehead, who has waited on me both times. This evening I had my walker. Before I got inside, he raced from the counter to hold the door open. After I ordered, I went to the bathroom, which was in excellent condition on both visits. The young fellow was waiting for me with my food on a tray. This young man really provides excellent service, consistently.“
