I order from the 86th street location on a regular basis and I can't understand how in the world they NEVER get my orders right! I can literally ask them to repeat my order and they do but still they always give me another order and I end up taking it back and I hear we're sorry, don't be sorry get my order right and you wouldn't have this problem. I guess now I'll have to take my business 3 miles down to the other Hardee's

The GM is spot on, he takes care of the customers with excellent service. I was telling him about the brand new store that we got, in South Bend on Ireland road it's horribly run, the service is very young people in the evening, who don't care. But in his store he works the late shift, and his day crew is spot on too.
This is one of the most cleanest stores around. Service is great and the food is hot and fresh. Definitely going to be a regular spot for me.
