“Hands down, best Indian food in Indy.
Get the Lamb Mushrooms or Korma. Chefs kiss.
One time, I was picking up a to-go order and a young kid was telling the staff that he was moving away to college and wouldn’t be able to come as often. He wanted to let the chef know how much he enjoyed eating here and thanked him for all his meals over the years. Too cute.“

“This place is a must eat! It's where the old Pasquale's used to be on Troy. Everything we ordered and brought home to sample was absolutely delicious. The prices are right, the proportions are plenty, and the place is very clean.“

“The food was delicious! They were all super kind and very helpful. Their naan was absolutely amazing and so flavorful. Everything was great except for the build. The place was cute, but it didn’t look clean, just needs a deep clean. It was kind of cold and the bathrooms weren’t great, but the toilet paper was SUPER soft. I 100% recommend for a first time Indian spot or mexican place.“

“Amazing place to grab food. Everything I have gotten from here tastes great and the people who run it are so nice and friendly. Just a note they are cash only. I didn't realize the first time but he insisted on getting me my food anyway and pay him back whenever I could. Definitely check it out.“

“We ate here last night and it was exceptional! We went with a native of India who has been eating here often because he loves the food. They have authentic and Americanized and American food options. There are MANY gluten-free options! In fact there are more Gluten-free options than most restaurants. We loved the mild and extra spicey options that we tried. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend and we will be back!“
“I've been to Hannah's several times. The food is great and the service is excellent.“

“Ordered their street style chicken rice for Thanksgiving. Container was packed completely full. Rice was fluffy Jasmine rice, tender chicken, onion. I asked for “spicy” and I think I sweat out every toxin in my body it was that hot (beware). This is serious indian food, very very good“

“My family visits this place on a weekly basis. The quality and taste gets better by the day. It is really awesome. I specially love their mirchi bajji and daal kachori. All of the chaats are really amazing. The portion sizes are huge. We typically end up sharing it among our family members as we cannot finish it all in one sitting. Value for money. I am very particular about ingredients being fresh and they have met my "quality check" criteria. Thank you for reading my review on Hari food :-)“

“From the customer service, to the taste of the food, to the portion sizes, to the efficiency and cleanliness of the restaurant itself, Royal Indian is the best Indian food my husband and I have ever had, and is by far our favorite place to eat in the entire state of Indiana. Thank you for taking such good care of us! Highly recommend!!!“

“Came here during last stop on tour in Indianapolis looking at properties around Fishers/Carmel and had a taste inclination for a good gyro. This place did not disappoint. I love how the Cook inquired about the heat level we wanted for our plate and made it just perfect. The dish itself was great value, coming with a salad, fantastic rice, and great meat.
Two things that really stood out were the tzatziki sauce - it was definitely homemade and just the right amount of spices. I wish I had taken some to go home to be used as a treat for my meat dishes. It was creamy, somewhat salty and garlicky. My goodness!
Secondly, again - the meat was cooked to perfection, not too oily without being dry [it chewed wonderfully], and just the right amount of saltiness and flavor. It was all made to order fresh. I wish I had found this place sooner because I'd be coming here for dinner every day.
One thing that would've been more strategic to the dish in my opinion was the opportunity to swap out the rice for fries, since one of our members was not big on rice, and surely we could've asked for that but did not want to bother since it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the menu.
Overall, this was some of the better gyro/kebab avenue's we've ate at in a while!“

“We had an early dinner here. First time at the Spicy Donor, and don’t have much experience with Indian food, but really enjoyed the chicken Marsala. The food was really good but a little pricey. However, we had lots of leftovers, so we’ll get more meals from it. We’ll be back and bring others!“

“Butter chicken filling inside kathi roll was tasty. Ambience is cute with various places to sit and a few other Indian things to buy (incense sticks, copper water bottles, etc). Service was quick!
I am writing the rest of the review in Hindi because I am telling it only to Indian people - the price is very high in comparison to the price. I spent around $17 on a regular ginger chai and a kathi roll. Chai Wagh Bakri brand is instant I think, because I have brought the same brand home so I have got the taste. The 3 flavors that are being sold (masala, adrak, and elaichi) are the same 3 flavors that are available in Indian stores. Additionally, the paratha used for the kathi roll was not freshly made, instead it was frozen paratha of Kawan brand (I also learned this because I brought the same at home). Overall I could tell their clientele is mostly liberal people who don't know the difference and are fond of drinking “chai tea” and “tumeric latte”, so they fully support Dukaandaaro's plan (min cost max profit), but overall If you are Indian you will definitely notice what I have noticed. Service was good, Sardarji at the counter was very nice. Sat sri akal ???“

“I was in the area and realized they have a lunch buffet 7 days/week with both meat and vegetarian dishes.
What I appreciate is that food is replenished in small quantities so your food is always fresh.
Everything had great flavor and presentation.
Customer Service was great...very kind interactions. It's obvious this food is a labor of love.“

“I was on my way to an entirely different restaurant and saw this on my way. I love Indian food and chose to change plans last minute. I could not be more glad that I did!!
Price point: I ordered the sampler platter at the back of the menu. I am absolutely blown away! This cost less than my burger and fries down the road.
Food: The tandoori chicken is perfectly cooked, the lamb was falling apart off my fork, the mint chutney was delightfully surprising and spicy in the best way, the naan is unmatched, and the vegetable dishes were flavorful. The only less than perfect thing I could say is that I ordered tea I never got, and to be honest I couldn’t care less about it. The mango pineapple dessert was fresh, tangy, and sweet. The perfect ending. 10/10 chefs kiss ??
Atmosphere: It is very nice in here and I am seriously underdressed. (Oversized tee shirt and work out shorts)
Staff: The staff were so nice and reassured me multiple times that I am welcome and there is no dress code. My waiter has been so patient and attentive!“

“We recently dined at Mitra da dhaba a hidden gem that offers an authentic taste of Punjab. This cozy spot may be small in size, but it delivers big on flavor and hospitality.
We were group of 15 people. Everyone enjoyed all the different dishes. Portion was generous.
It felt like a comforting meal straight from a Punjabi kitchen.
a perfect way to round off If you’re craving a true Punjabi experience, this is the place to be. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!“
