I just left this Jimmy John’s. I eat tuna at JJ’s easily once a week and in general I eat tuna 2-3x’s a week. It was to go. I got in my car, opened the sandwich and took a bite, couldn’t even eat that bite. The tuna was bad. When I took it back in, the manager said it was good and she made it herself. I explained what I just wrote and she told me three more times that the tuna was good. She actually tried to argue with me when I told her it really wasn’t good. When I asked another employee what her name was, he said “ I am not allowed to tell you.” This is completely unacceptable. I seldom write reviews but this was necessary.

They forgot my Tea, that I ordered but that I went back into the restaurant but they failed to give us our chips I ordered too?! I was told they were in the bag but nope. I was already halfway back to work when I realized the chips weren't in the bag so.. we called the store and they're supposedly crediting whatever amount back to my card idk? Craziness though. I mean one would think they get what they paid for but. .?? Not going back to this location. Usually I order from a closer jimmy johns anyways.

Based on service alone. They are not Freaky fast at all. I ordered ahead and 20 minutes later it hadn't even been started. I'm standing here while 2 people are answering the phone and taking bread out and not making my food. They are completely finished with all but one of my sandwiches and the guy is just standing there while she answers the phone. Terrible

I am a mental health provider... stopped in to grab some sandwiches to go. I had a 3 pound puppy (in training to be a therapy animal for patients) securely tucked in my arm. I walked in to place an order and was immediately and rudely approached by a young woman Her:"Is that a service animal?" Me: "No he is....(I was cut off). Her: "you can place your order and wait outside!"I had my husband take him to the car and I calmed asked her if she was the manager. Her: "yes, yes I am and I know the rules". Me: (calm and quiet) " would you like me to provide you with information? I am well versed in laws regulating these animals" Her: " NO I KNOW what I'm talking about"Oh yes I'm sure you.... a professional sandwich engineer understand all things medical and law I mean with your extensive education and life experience who am I to tell you any information concerning my highly specialized field of medicine?!?!Needless to say I will not give this location any future business. Good luck in your important role! May your cute little ball-cap help retain the vast knowledge you hold. I'm sure your nasty disposition and blatant ignorance will help you achieve your lofty goals in this game called life!

This location is my favorite! Even though there is a location closer to me than this one, I order from here every time! Every time I’ve ordered from here our sandwiches have been absolutely delicious! The staff are friendly and I’ve never had any errors with my orders! 10/10! Y’all rock!

Overall it was fine, food was as expected, but it was really slow today compared to other JJ's I visit. Music was too loud and AC was too cold for me to sit inside.

Ordered online for delivery and it took nearly an hour to get my food. The drink came with no straw, and the BBQ chips I ordered weren't included. I'll be using another location from here on out.

I asked for a bootleg sub cut in half with jalapenos added along with everything on it. I was delivered a dry sandwich (no mayo) no peppers. The meat was unevenly distributed and I ended up giving it to my grandson for his lunch. I called the store and relayed my complaint. The manager offered to remake my sandwich if I returned the first one. My grandson had already left for work with the half sandwich and all the trimmings. I just felt like my complaint could have been handled better. I frequently buy from here. Now I don't trust the way my sandwich will be made. I don't think it's sanitary or wise to accept something that has left the property . Continue on. Virginia

Went with a friend and the service was great. I've had a few different sandwiches here that I don't like, but mostly because I dislike lettuce and mayo. But I got that taken off and the sandwich ? was great! Cheerful staff, and fast fast fast!!! ?‍♂️??✅️

I purchased the new pesto mozzarella sub for 9.50. Very disappointed. Paper thin meat around the sliced mozzarella cheese with pesto, onion and a few slices of roasted tomatoes.

Was just in your store at stop 11 in Indianapolis. I realized after I ordered I had forgotten my credit card and the young man at the register his name is Kurt was so very kind. I told him I’d go to the bank and come right back and he said no I got you. I’m not eating lunch today, you can have mine wow impressive young man. I will go back in and give him money. However, you need to know what a wonderful young man you have in him. Thank you.
