Ordered online for delivery and it took nearly an hour to get my food. The drink came with no straw, and the BBQ chips I ordered weren't included. I'll be using another location from here on out.
I asked for a bootleg sub cut in half with jalapenos added along with everything on it. I was delivered a dry sandwich (no mayo) no peppers. The meat was unevenly distributed and I ended up giving it to my grandson for his lunch. I called the store and relayed my complaint. The manager offered to remake my sandwich if I returned the first one. My grandson had already left for work with the half sandwich and all the trimmings.
