I would have given it five stars but they don't get the option to have the bread toasted if they also gave a different option besides having your sandwich made out of bread possibly tortilla rolled up remember this Jimmy John's if you have more varieties but if the more varieties you have the more customers come in the door to try out and I don't expect to please everyone but a little surprise with a nice vinaigrette of a salad and roast beef that's sounds yummy especially a lemon vinaigrette yummy yummy ??.

Nothing fast about this location. I made an order on the app and when I arrived is when they started to make my order which took over 10 minutes for two sandwiches. It was 3 employees working in there just talking amongst themselves and taking their time. Young people with zero work ethic. Also my turkey Tom had only 3 turkey slices. A waste of my money. Check your sandwiches before you leave this place.

On Friday, March 22, 2024 we contacted the store to order a large platter for our son’s birthday party the next day. We got confirmation this would be fulfilled and be ready for pickup at 11:15am on Saturday. We arrived at the store on time and found the store was closed. We knocked on the door/window with no response. We called the store with no answer. Now we needed to hurry and figure out what to do as the party was in less than an hour. Thankfully we contacted a further away location who was able to fulfill our order immediately. Upon picking this order up we were told that Managers were walking out all over the area. I submitted a complaint with the Franchise Owner and received absolutely zero response. (Case: CAS-1247831-M5D9G8) This location failed us and we will never conduct business with them again.

Went here to order and the staff are all sitting inside with the lights on, eating at the tables, with the door locked. This store is not meant to close for another 30 minutes. I’d suggest the owner of this location to check their staff’s work ethic and change their online hours if they close earlier than what’s stated online.

I would give this place zero stars if I couldI called corporate Jimmy Johns on them to complain about some of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Just to be told, this location is a franchise. Of course, they said they would reach out to the owner, and I never heard anything back. I will never spend my money in this run-down unprofessional sorry excuse of a Jimmy Johns again.

Rude management and employees. I didn't receive a sandwiche when I ordered delivery. I called about the situation. They basically told me I received my sandwiche and there was nothing they can do. I drove up their and the manager was very nasty with me. The delivery driver with my sandwiche pulls up as I'm in the store and has my sandwiche.... I will never purchase anything from them again.
I stopped in for lunch and was able to get in and out real quick. I tried the BBQ Ranch Chicken Crunch sub and it was delicious! I wish I could go every day for lunch ?
