Ordered twice in four days via the mobile app for pickup. Just a sandwich and drink both times. The first time I waited 30 minutes and the app never indicated my order was ready, so I just joined the queue. My sandwich was ready, and as I pulled away the app said it was ready. Sigh. I tried again today. Another 30 minute wait. I now have my sandwich and the app *still* says it's in progress. Typically I like this place, but last time I went they were very slow. My fiancé ordered a wrap, and they only put lettuce and chicken in there. It didn’t taste very good. My sandwich was also made very messy.
