Order Jimmy John’s tonight on the app, and when I receive my sandwich it was not made the way I ordered it. It did not have the extra crispy jalapeños that I had ordered or extra onion. So I called up to the store and told them there may have been a mistake, and the gentleman that answered the phone began telling me that he knows the sandwiches made right because he made it himself. Then proceeded to yell across the store does someone else saying “ This dude is saying we didn’t make his sandwich right. I know we did because I made it.” The manager then got on the phone and told me she helped make it and knows that it was made right but she was going to send the driver back out to get my sandwich and bring me a new one. She tried to justify the way that the first guy talked to me, saying that he is just a kid. Well, if he is a kid, and doesn’t know how to speak to customers, then maybe he shouldn’t be answering your phones. I showed the first sandwich to the driver and he agreed that it was not made correctly. I believe they need to be taught customer service skills at this location. Maybe next time instead of arguing they will just apologize and make the correct sandwich to keep a loyal customer. It's pretty clear that one sandwich is missing things from the order that the second sandwich has.:: Update::General manager called and her solution was giving me a $10 credit. After this conversation it's obvious why this location has just as many 1 star reviews as 5 star. If she is the one training employees on customer service skills, then this location is going to go under.

Accidentally ordered to the wrong address in my app. I called to simply let them know if they had not made the sandwich or delivered it yet, to not waste their time. The first girl I spoke with was sweet as could be. She handed the phone to her manager and he was beyond rude. I simply stated to him what was going on and he said "What's the wrong address?" I gave it to him and he sighed heavily and said "Already delivered, bye." It was my own mistake, but I was only trying to save them time and supplies. I didn't ask for a refund or anything. Will never order from this location again.

I ordered a sandwich (#12) and I never ONCE said the word plain. But instead of clarifying if I wanted my sandwich plain, they just assumed. This sandwich has lettuce and tomato on it and nobody asked me about that. When I called about it, I was talked poorly about and laughed at. However, the gentleman that was in there was friendly and corrected everything.

I love Jimmy John's but this location is amazing! They even have potato salad and pasta salad now. Yummy. I spent $20 and had enough food for 2 meals. It's my weekly fix. Great job!

I love jimmy John's but this one has the worst employees. I Come in and wait 20 minutes for someone to take my order as they are sitting in a booth doing nothing. The attitude was shit and the employees were assholes.

We have been to this Jimmy John's twice. Both times was a negative experience. The food was fine, it was the customer service. The same person rang up my order each time. I also had ordered with the app. The person at the register didn't greet me or ask to help me. He just stared at me until I told him I was there to pick up an order. He still didn't speak to me. He didn't give the total, use any words to communicate, or say thank you. Both times was the same, literally zero words were spoken to me by anyone in the restaurant. I will definitely drive the extra 10 minutes to go back to the Southport location.

Arrived at 8:25 pm. Door is locked, signs are off. Posted hours are 9:00 pm. No sign explaining staff shortage, or any other such circumstances. Two employees walking around inside. Not sure how many it takes to make a sandwich. I've had similar issues w/ this location in the past. I would avoid it until they can get legitimate management.

Every time I come in n the young guy who works during the day with the ponytail is there it’s always something he hates his job and you can tell & why put someone in charge like that he looks evil very one worded as if your bothering him he is on Jimmy Johns clock just collecting money he’s very unwelcoming and lacks customer service very unprofessional. And you can tell others hate working with him !

Ordered , took address was excited to try and enjoy. A mean and hateful female driver called while waiting for my food.. I'm not delivering your food! ? What!!! Your past where I go. Said you've been in my addition.?.NOT ME I'VE WORKED HERE AWHILE.!!! basically across the street is BG and opposite side Indpls, few houses. Hope unfriendly sarcastic LAZY girl enjoyed my BIG order. Never again, nor a walk in!! And, can't understand the person answering the phone taking orders!! He gets real irritated ????
