The food is usually decent, but I wish you didn't have to tip before they deliver. I feel like when I order food, I shouldn't have to walk out to the delivery drivers car to get it, especially when I'm pre-tipping 30% and it cost me $17 for 1 sandwich after the tip and delivery fee...
I have been going here almost once a week if not more for about a year now. The people are really kind, they literally know my order by heart and it's only ever been incorrect maybe twice in the last year. Sometimes the employees run my food out to my car if they happen to be by the front door. If you're actually kind to employees at any establishment, they're normally kind back (:

I love Jimmy John's but this location is amazing! They even have potato salad and pasta salad now. Yummy. I spent $20 and had enough food for 2 meals. It's my weekly fix. Great job!
