My first ever visit to an Outback Steakhouse was at the Castleton location while finishing up a meeting for a late lunch or early dinner meal. This location is situated in a shopping center, so there's plenty of parking. I was greeted and seated right away, and my waitress arrived promptly. I enjoyed their crispy fried mushrooms appetizer while perusing the menu. I ordered the 6oz medium Sirloin steak and lobster tail with a baked potato and their seasonal vegetable, broccoli. The steak was tender and juicy, topped with delicious garlic butter. The lobster and broccoli were a little overcooked but still enjoyable. The service was excellent. I loved the dark wood and dim lighting. I look forward to returning in the future.

Steak was severely undercooked and under seasoned. I had ordered it medium and it came out at best medium rare. I can honestly say the steak kind of tasted like play-doh. 1 lobster tail was amazing but the other had dark parts and tasted very odd. Also asked for a second loaf of bread and never got that. Overall not good but the 1 lobster definitely was good the rest wasn't.

I took my sister out for lunch and she suggested Outback. Well, we were treated like queens! Shawanee T. was our server and she was extremely courteous and gave us excellent service...making great suggestions and even preparing to-go lemonades!! Our food was hot and delicious...pricing was reasonable. I never thought to visit Outback, but Shawanee T. has totally changed my mind...Outback is now on my list of favorite places to dine!

Ordered the bloomin chicken with loaded baked potato and steak house Mac and cheese. Chicken was good did not look like picture at all! Bake potato was uncooked very rough too eat. Mac n cheese was really bland and had a southwest Mexican taste. No refills at all. Need to retrain server on service steps. Took drink order and goes away. Then takes order at other table . No drinks.

We spent a hundred dollars on two of the worst steaks ever. My medium filet mignon was chewy and burnt on the outside, everything was just overcooked and not seasoned. The medium sirloin was also burnt on the outside and rare on the inside. Incredibly tiny portion of chewy chicken. Then to top it off the server paid no attention, didn’t fill any drinks and stood over us when paying to see what the tip was. Obviously too polite to say we hated it and not tip but the whole meal and experience sucked, and it was completely dead in the restaurant. I hate complaining but this was one of the worst most over priced meals I have ever had.

The wings were trash! The service shucked! Waited over 30 mins to take our order. The "drinks" had no alcohol in them. I told the waiter and asked if u could get another shot,,why was it water! Just terrible
