This Penn Station has been here for some years, and it hasn't changed a bit. Same for the food they produce. It tastes the same every time. Fresh and ready to be devoured.Always clean, the employees are friendly and help out with any questions asked. Not much else to say. 5 stars for being amazingly consistent.
Always a pleasant experience here! Excellent staff, the food is always hot and fresh and the team does a wonderful job at keeping this location clean and never a long wait for your food. 10/10 would go again!

Very unprofessional customers had to wait till only cashier get off the phone doing online orders meanwhile we just standing there I asked was she the only person taking orders another customer answered it was at least 10 workers on this Sunday line out door cause cashier to busy taking online orders and disregarding the walk-in ppl I guess I’ll go across the street to Jersey Subs not the same but customer service is way better

Average to better sandwich shop. Portions aren't like they used to be, but shrinkflation is real. Almost always enjoy my food here, but there is a bad miss on rare occasion. Favorites are the grilled Italian and cheesesteak with onions and mushrooms. Recently had the chicken parm and it was good as well. Parking is average and finding a spot isn't an issue.

There are very few times I have received such kind and intentional customer service anywhere, let alone a chain sandwich shop. No less than 5 employees greeted me, remembered my name, and said goodbye to me and all I did was pick up my online order. Fries were fresh, order was perfectly accurate, and the cookies were bagged right against a hot sandwich so it was warm when we went to eat it. I never expected to leave a review for a Penn Station but this team deserves every star available. To the team working lunch on Friday 2/23/24, thank you to each one of you!

Food was delivered. French fries were scrappy ends and cold. Cheese steak andwich was as hard as a rock and cold. Ended up eating thr meat only. Never eaten here before. Never eating here afain. Very disappointed.
