There are very few times I have received such kind and intentional customer service anywhere, let alone a chain sandwich shop. No less than 5 employees greeted me, remembered my name, and said goodbye to me and all I did was pick up my online order. Fries were fresh, order was perfectly accurate, and the cookies were bagged right against a hot sandwich so it was warm when we went to eat it. We love Penn Station! The bread is so so good! It's definitely worth every penny. Also the cookies are so fantastic and huge. Sometimes I have to convince myself to not stop in just to get the cookies

Average to better sandwich shop. Portions aren't like they used to be, but shrinkflation is real. Almost always enjoy my food here, but there is a bad miss on rare occasion. Favorites are the grilled Italian and cheesesteak with onions and mushrooms. Recently had the chicken parm and it was good as well. Parking is average and finding a spot isn't an issue.
