I really like this place. Chicken and waffles was cooked perfectly and the service was friendly. Decor is welcoming and clean. I recommend rise & shine for your next breakfast, brunch or lunch!
First visit, first impression - was seated promptly - menu selections were adequate. ordered hobo skillet. Bread options were pancakes and toast. I wanted bisuits but was told I could not get biscuits with this order. Very confused as restaurant had biscuits on the menu for biscuits and gravy etc. OK, I relented to pancakes. During meal I ran out of coffee. Waitress filled cups at table next to ours but did not ask me so I went to where coffee pots were setting out and waitress...read full review

First time trying some breakfast from here, we ordered to go and ate at home. It was pretty good overall. But the eggs and hashbrowns were all unseasoned & very bland. We ordered To-Go but we didn’t get any syrup, butter, salt, pepper, or cutlery with our order. Which is fine, we had syrup and seasoning at home but if you order pancakes somewhere you expect to get butter and syrup with it.Wasn’t bad tho, next time we will try eating inside for a better experience.
