Nailed my order and food was wonderful as always. Service was also wonderful as well as the clean calm atmosphere. I got 2 Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Fraps with a single shot and extra Crunchies each; a Sausage, Cheddar and Egg Sandwich; and a Bacon, Gouda and Egg Sandwich. I had points to use that I didn't realize I had and so I got both coffees for free. The employees were all so helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, it seems the culire at Starbucks has changed a lot since I worked in a san Francisco store in the early We were taught to greet every customer thatcwalked through the door, by name if they were regulars, and we had a certain amount of time to get that drink made and to the cus. Now it seems the staff gets irritated when they have to look up from what they are doing, and the wait is very long. Not that there aren't good people working there now cause there are. Seems like I'm there daily to pick up an order for my 2nd oldest daughter, I think they over priced myself and I don't like their coffee, too expensive and honestly it is way too strong! I'll stick to my Folgers ?
